The 2010–11 Slovak Second League season will be the eighteen football league season of Slovakian Slovak Second League (also known as 2. liga) since its establishment in 1993.

It will be divided into two phases: the regular season: 2. liga západ and 2. liga východ.

The league will also be composed of 32 teams divided into two divisions of 16 teams each, whose teams will be divided geographically ( Western and Eastern). Teams will play only other teams in their own division.
